GRI Awards India 2024 honours fourteen winning projects, leaders, and transactions representing excellence in Indian real estate

The finalists in each of the fourteen categories of the GRI Awards India 2024 gathered in Mumbai yesterday (October 16th 2024) for an exclusive VIP dinner, where the winners were revealed and honoured for their outstanding contributions to excellence in the Indian real estate market.

As the industry experiences unprecedented growth and becomes a driving force in the nation’s economic development, GRI Awards India 2024 set out to celebrate the visionary individuals, projects, and companies shaping the future of the industry.

Last night, these leaders and innovators were rightfully recognised for their achievements. See the full list of winners below:

Person of the Year

Winner: Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani

Award accepted by Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani

Leading the Hiranandani Group with strategic vision, his exceptional business acumen and industry expertise have positioned the group as a global leader, earning him recognition as a 'Real Estate Wizard’. Beyond his business achievements, Dr. Hiranandani is dedicated to education and philanthropy, serving as Provost of HSNC University and receiving prestigious honours such as the 'Mumbai Ratan' award.

In recognition of his pivotal role as the 'Industry Guru' of real estate, Dr. Hiranandani also participated in a live onstage interview during India GRI 2024
