Credit: GRI Club Let the voting commence: Meet the 137 finalists of GRI Awards Europe 2024
Honouring real estate leaders whose commitment to excellence goes beyond conventional boundaries, voting is open until July 19th
The excitement is building as the GRI Club’s inaugural GRI Awards Europe 2024 has reached voting stages! This prestigious celebration honours the most exceptional leaders and groundbreaking projects in the European real estate industry, combining innovation, excellence, and visionary leadership to celebrate those who are truly shaping the future of real estate.
The anticipation will culminate on 10th September 2024, at the Intercontinental Paris Le Grand Hotel, where the overall winners will be revealed at the GRI Awards Ceremony.
Submissions opened in April of this year, as debt and equity investors, developers, operators, banks, funds, financiers, and construction companies operating within the European real estate sector were invited to submit their project, showcasing not just technical prowess but also a profound commitment to positively impacting society and the environment.
Project submissions were each directed at one of fifteen categories:

In search of the pinnacle of excellence in real estate, GRI Awards Europe 2024 now hands the baton to the wider public and Club Members, as the 137 finalists face an online voting process to determine the top three finalists in each category.
Voting will remain open until 19th July, before the top three finalists from each category are announced on 22nd July, before one last voting session to define the overall winner.
Importantly, there was no cost to submit a project, and there is no cost to vote for a project, highlighting the equality, accessibility and diversity of the awards.
